Acquired in partnership with Rockport Equity, we are excited to move forward with an extensive renovation and enhancement program at these communities, including rebranding/renaming all except Limestone, hence the names in parentheses which represent the current branding at takeover. All of these communities were developed by the same group between 1997 and 2002 and share excellent locations close to SH121 (Limestone and Marquis) or SH75 (Maple and Cliffs), but limited amenity packages that we are excited to enhance and improve with our new partners!
